Aspect Works is led by Jason Petrait, a specialist in grants, education and vocational training with more than a dozen years of experience in the field.
Jason most recently served as Executive Director of the Center of Excellence for Aerospace & Advanced Manufacturing, convening and collaborating with industry, organized labor and education partners to support workforce development, the growth of apprenticeship and economic vitality across Washington State. He represented the organization on industry panels, facilitated grant applications and led an organizational rebrand and revamped communications strategy.
Previously, Jason served as the Director of Funding & Strategic Partnerships at the Workforce Development Council of Seattle-King County, where he managed board and funder relations, communications initiatives and local policy and funding priorities.
As Director of Special Projects at South Seattle College, Jason managed federal, state and local grants and developed and implemented short and long-term credentials, certificates and degrees.
