Career Skills Training Grants From DOE

The Department of Energy will fund $8.3 million in workforce projects with applications due November 27th

A new workforce training opportunity from the Department of Energy, Career Skills Training grants, will pay for the Federal share of Career Skills Training Programs. Students concurrently receive classroom instruction and on-the-job training to obtain industry-related certifications to install energy efficient building technologies. Energy expects to award 8 grants in total, with an award ceiling of $1.08 million.
