The Access Program seeks to equip talented students with effective English communication and critical thinking skills, “through meaningful interaction, cooperative learning strategies, and real-life contexts.” By using experiential learning, “bright, economically disadvantaged” students will raise their English level from basic through a two-year program culminating in graduation with certificates of completion from the U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan.
Grantmakers prefer to fund organizations that will manage and implement across multiple locations in Uzbekistan. Read more details at grants.gov.
