ReferNet supports operations of the European network for VET, and the call will select one applicant from Spain.
ReferNet supports cooperation on VET between the EU and member states, facilitating the flow of information to build mutual awareness across the EU. ReferNet supports Cedefop in monitoring, assessment and reporting on countries’ progress in implementing shared VET priorities. Recent VET recommendations include reform of areas like agility in adapting to labour market challenges, opportunities to progress, the digital and green transitions, equality of opportunity and assurance of program quality.
This opportunity in Spain will require the grantee to engage in the systematic gathering of country-specific information and analysis. The ReferNet grantee will also help raise the visibility of Cedefop and related VET issues in Spain.
During the project period, Cedefop will require national partners to:
- Report on VET, skills and qualifications policies.
- Provide up-to-date information on VET and skills systems
- Deliver thematic support to complement the information shared
- Carry out communications and visibility-raising activities, including an updated national ReferNet site.
