Similar to previous rounds, SCC4 calls out evidence-based strategies, sector-based career pathways and reaching historically underserved communities. This round does allow for previous winners to apply provided they focus on a different sector. There’s also the opportunity for additional funding to grantees chosen for a national impact evaluation.
A pre-recorded webinar and FAQ will be available here https://www.dol.gov/agencies/eta/grants/apply/find-opportunities from September 12th. We’ll review and share our thoughts when it’s posted.
