Grant will address challenges in employment, working conditions and effective participation in social dialogue across the EU.
With a deadline of 15 April and a funding amount set at 5.661.382 EUR, the action is meant to prioritise European social dialogue across industries and sectors in order to strengthen collective bargaining and the involvement of social partners, enhancing EU policy making.
Activities supported by the call can include conferences, seminars, round tables, network building and more, all accessible to people with disabilities and offering respect to gender equality and anti-discrimination principles.
Outcomes should include, “increased expertise of workers’ representatives to further participation in European social dialogue and EU policy-making, better understanding of issues discussed in European social dialogue, exchange of ideas and experiences on European social dialogue, and improved capacity of workers’ organisations.”
