Forward Looking Project Topic 4 will support adult learning through the Pact for Skills.

With a budget of EUR 4 000 000 and a due date of 27 May, this project is intended to foster governance structures for the Pact for Skills, “enhancing collaboration between large companies and SMEs, and advancing commitments like skills intelligence, upskilling, and reskilling for workforce adaptability.” Read more at Pact for Skills. 

Objectives include improved guidance and counselling for adults, focusing on workers in small enterprises, and finding approaches that have mainstream potential. 

Projects should develop and support governance structures and cooperation tools by connecting members of the Pact. Along with support for SMEs in the field of training, projects will support the definition, implementation and monitoring  of commitments under the Pact for Skills. 

To be eligible, entitites must already be members of the Pact for Skills and be established in an eligible country.
