Call for proposals released yesterday, with EUR 1 000 000 available and applications due 13 February.
The Skill-for-tourism call seeks to enhance data management and sharing capabilities, including development of guidelines to support the use of the D3Hub, which supports tourism ecosystems in their green and digital transitions. As part of the work, the call will support increased access to training and upskilling for Destination Management Organisations and SMEs.
Eligible activities include coordination, publication of guidelines for using data resources and communications. Capacity building can include training, workshops and webinars to raise awareness of the available digital tools. The call envisions at least 15 training opportunities across the EU.
Legally-established public or private bodies within the EU are eligible. Consortia are required, made up of 3-7 applicants from 3-5 different EU countries. One project will be funded under this call, and the maximum duration of the project is 24 months.
